Ingredients:
-tbsp of hot sauce
-2 tbsp of Olive Oil (a little extra for boiling, about 1 tbsp)
-a small bag of small potatoes
-a small bag of baby carrots
-1 small onion (diced)
-clove of garlic (diced)
-celery (1/2 bag of diced) (no leaves)
-salt & pepper (to taste)
-1 Bottle L(33.8 FL OZ) Blood Mary Mix (non-alcoholic)
-1/2 cup of white wine or vodka
-1/2 tsp of Rosemary
-2 tbsp. of Worcestershire Sauce
-1lb cubed beef
-Olives for Garnish (optional)
-Chopped Fresh Parsley for Garnish (optional)
Directions:
In a large pot, over medium-high heat drizzle olive oil and sauté onions & garlic.
Add beef and brown. Add wine or vodka and bring to a boil.
Pour in Bloody Mary mix and add the rest of the ingredient and mix all together.
Bring to boil, reduce heat and cover pot with lid. Stirring occasionally, cook the stew for about 1 ½ to 2 hours or until the meat and veggies are tender. Plate and garnish with parsley and olives. Perfect with a crusty bread. Serve & enjoy!
